15 years in neurorehabilitation with the UK's gold-standard qualification in paediatric clinical neuropsychology. Dr Trayner founded Kompass to address the lack of infrastructure for setting and managing rehabilitation goals.

20+ years leading technology delivery in UK defence and banking. As CTO, Ray keeps Kompass secure and cutting-edge — working closely with our clinical and development teams.

Qualified teacher turned COO. Giles coordinates technical and administrative operations while driving the company's sales and marketing strategy.
